Because Mina is one of those rare geniuses who is also a great teacher and mentor. These two qualities combined with her commitment to providing only the absolute best for all of B Parlor's customers shows. You all are collaborative, you support each other, and you have an environment where you all feel safe to ask each other for questions or help on the fly, and so each stylist is on their way to being as great as she is, if they aren't already. When you put all this together it makes for consistently great results for all of your clients, thereby making it safe for me to recommend B Parlor as a whole versus just Mina or Justin who have mostly been my stylists. I know that if a friend gets a less experienced stylist that that person is fully supported in their learning and that my friend will feel safe in asking questions and making sure that what they want is fully understood. You guys are the best and I love you 💗
