Sadly, we had an unscheduled power cut in South Africa so I was only there for an hour. But I found Amita to be a great teacher. Her instructions were clear, with many repetitions to ensure we all understood. The asanas she chose were so helpful and led to a feeling of clarity in the body and rejuvenation of the mind. I live out of the Los Angeles area and am not able to attend in person classes. However, the offerings of community workshops and special guest workshops provide the opportunity for me to experience different teachers and teaching styles.
