Your classes have been a real lifesaver during these covid years. Besides the great benefits of yoga practice I've been exposed to your wonderful teachers, built a sustained home practice, and gained a greater sense of well being and determination to face the future.

The teachers explain so well and provide safe modifications that are customized to the individual needs of students, all under zoom conditions

Instructor was good and in fact I already told a friend to join that class and she did. Separately, would’ve been nice if the instructor told us a little about either herself, yoga or the world (depending on her preference).
