The community instructors are well educated and knowledgeable and I always learn something new to incorporate into my practice. I particularly liked how Skeji taught us how to use our props, which was different from how I usually use props. A new perspective is always good for continuous learning.

I mainly take Koren Paalman’s classes, although I’ve taken from Monica Rose. Both try to take care of individual issues, always offering alternatives. Koren teaches in stages, encourages trying the next step but going back if that doesn’t work.

Monica Rose is such a fantastic instructor! I appreciate her teachings, her patience, her explanations of the actions and how to get there. Great class and twists are not my favorite but she made it enjoyable.
