I was not a beginning Iyengar student when covid hit and was so frustrated to lose access to my local San Diego area studio. At the same time, my job was eliminated, so my mental and physical health was at risk. When IYILA's streaming programs came to my attention, and I tried new classes, I was so relieved! I've been able to afford 2 - 3 classes per week and study with excellent teachers! Thank you so much!
