• Barry and Steph have been an integral part of my physical and mental journey. I have grown leaps and bounds since starting my physical fitness journey at B All About Your Body. They provide a safe space, a large sense of community, a friendship, and tough love. The REALLY care, they listen, and the push you to your limits. They've become family. I am grateful to the both of them for believing in me, working with me, and pushing me to be my best!!

• Loved the design of the space. Gritty but clean and well maintained. Loved the inspirational messages on the wall. Great workout space with the giant mirror Thought the carpeting/floor material would be an issue to dance on but it wasn't at all 💜💜💜💜
