• I stared my journey at BAAB back in March, after my very first workout I invested in the monthly membership. Overall, Barry means BUSINESS! I saw results within the first 2 weeks with consistant visits. He is NOT with the bullsh**t he aims to get results for all his clients meeting you where you are on your fitness journey. However, he will hold you accountable meaning, you better show up for yourself and try at the very least (he is not big on BAD attitude & will smoke you!!) The gym offers a variety of diverse trainings that are fun & engaging yet very challenging not only physically but mentally! In a short 6 months not only is my body stronger but I've acquired a different level of mental toughness which transcends into my world outside the gym ! The facility is also super clean & neat, atmosphere is always friendly & he is going to play music that makes you move your body..Be all about your body is a lifestyle, & total body experience.. I love it here 💯
