I thought the staff was very friendly & helpful. The office was efficient, clean and pleasant. I rated it a 9 because, although the staff was knowledgeable of the procedures and most importantly, comprehended my concerns & desired treatment plan, they did not have the service I was seeking at the Glendale location. I removed one star, because this information could have been clarified online so that I could drive to Mesa instead of Glendale. Really enjoyed my consult at the Glendale location though - the women were very nice & accommodating.
