Enforce the expectations of dress/appearance. It builds on the discipline and accountability many of us put our kids in ballet for. No valet bun no proper uniform no entry to class. I love the personal attention for parents and dancers. Love it's not competition/money hungry. Love it truly focuses on building fundamentals and structure. No fluff.
