The instructors care about making sure that you are getting the most out of each class and working towards your own personal goals
It was my first session with Axis Pilates, and my first session of reformer Pilates in a while. Abi was so kind and knowledgeable during our one-on-one class, and I felt like I could ask questions when I overthought stuff, and I loved all the anatomy background info!
Rachel was lovely and welcoming, making me feel like I could get right back into Pilates! The studio was also super clean and I like that there are different areas for classes or one on ones.
