Pretty sterile environment. First visit. I'm used to having a lot more fun along with the fitness training. Lovely studio, however, and certainly competent instructor

I loved it, but I still have only had one class so I’m not sure I would be recommending to people
My instructors are outstanding and Rachel helps keep my schedule straight. I'd give a 20 if I could!
