Molly took her time explaining how to do things properly. This was my first Pilates class and looking forward to many more.
Axis has a strong focus on execution vs speed like other Pilates studios. I like that it's small classes so you get more individual direction from instructors. I like that the music isn't blasting and instructors don't have to use a mic because the class is too big

It's close to my house, and it has excellent instructors.
The instructors are very supportive and encouraging, regardless of ability. It's a safe environment to learn and practice Pilates
