I was late but the teacher quickly understood my biggest problem areas and provided immediate recommendations and demonstrations of how to begin addressing and correcting the problems.
The class was great I loved the more contemporary style of Pilates and Lexy was great!

Heather was such a great instructor. She was able to focus on each person individually throughout the class and was so helpful in correcting posture and movements. Also, The studio is very clean and has great lighting.
