• Over 5 years ago, my dear friend introduced me to the Axis Family and I have been a member ever since. The coaches are awesome! They are very helpful with technique correction and knowledgeable in modifying exercises if needed, to help strengthen but avoid injury. I appreciate the benefits strength training as an adjunct to participating in Triathlons. The group training classes (GT3) are challenging and music filled which help inspire one to do their very best! Thanks Axis Fitness Training WB ❤️
