Considering I haven’t been to a gym in years and very much less had I ever done a MetCon, the staff has been SUPER kind, and motivating. Making me feel comfortable even though my athletic level is slim to none. I feel excited for classes and learning. The energy from the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
