From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted politely and warmly by both staff members. My appointment was checked-in and I was offered some water while I waited (I arrived a bit early). The staff member working the juice bar (I didn't get his name, very sorry to say) chatted with me and showed me some skin care products when I showed interest. Nothing pushy, just someone who genuinely enjoys what he does and believes in the products you sell. Chantelle was an excellent massage therapist, listened to my pain complaints, and truly seemed attuned to my aching muscles. I have bragged on the entire experience multiple times already. You've made a repeat customer out of me, for sure!
