I tried the salt room for my massage setting for the first time. The salt machine was quite loud which was a bit distracting. However, the moments when it turned off I was disappointed to find that the peaceful massage-esque music playing in my room was confounded by popular music that I believe was coming from the lobby. I have complained about this before. In the past I thought it might be music from the bar next door but this time I really feel like it was music being played at the juice bar in the lobby. I would recommend playing peaceful, lyric-less music throughout the building. I'm going to come again because overall I really love Axios but honestly if I have this music issue again I will probably start to look for a new spa because it has been very hard to get my mind to relax during my last two visits. Caroline gave a fantastic massage. The atmosphere is very soothing. Music was great. Guy working the front was very friendly.

Both ladies were courteous and professional. The facility was nicely decorated with a cool and calming ambience. Jet did a terrific salt massage/scrub (she has magic hands) and Rhiannon made me the perfect post-massage smoothie. Lovely experience! Would do it again ANY time!
