• Lahn was fabulous at introducing me to Pilates and provided a comprehensive orientation of the equipment during my session. I felt completely comfortable using the reformer bed and now feel confident enough to join a group class. I was particularly touched at how accommodating and friendly she was to my 9 month old who came along to the session with me. Thanks heaps Lahn!
