• I like that it is a small group, being in my third trimester of pregnancy, I am a little slower and I found the pace flexible. It is fantastic to find a dedicated prenatal Reformer class, not many studios do this. Belinda is a caring and experienced instructor who delivered a pregnancy friendly class and offered modifications throughout!
