• I have never been to an yoga class before. I felted really good and relaxing... I was able to take my mind of my daily life which usually for me doesn't happen with any other exercise Also ...even know it was a big class the yoga instructor was very helpful to everyone. 👌🏻 I wasn't so pleased with the heat but that's the reason it's called "hot yoga" lol ... I guess thats something to get use too.
