• I’m a big fitness and yoga gal, based in Los Angeles. l tried Awaken Yoga while in town for the holidays and absolutely LOVED IT. l’ve taken 2 classes so far, both teachers were great, the heat was HOT which l love, a great detox. Classes are mixed levels, ages and genders so it’s great for everyone, and the teachers provide modifications and challenges depending on each person’s level. A challenge but not intimidating. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back....tomorrow! ~Rachael Markarian
