• I am so happy I found Awaken Hot Yoga in Lighthouse Point. Wonderful instructors. All are knowledgeable in yoga practice, alignment, flow and sequence. Classes are structured for all levels. You can drop in and feel completely at home no matter where you are in your yoga practice! Always as challenging as you want it to be! If you are looking for a truly wonderful yoga experience, do not hesitate to be part of Awaken Hot Yoga.

• I found Awaken while on vacation with my family in Pompano Beach. I've been practicing for about 6 weeks and really wanted to keep up the habit while on vacation. I had 3 different instructors that all led unique and challenging classes. I'm so glad I found this place as it gave me some 'me' time on vacation and kept me on track for when I get back. I only wish my home yoga studio offered the variety of classes Awaken offers!

• When you go to awaken yoga you can always count on a good workout. It's clean,it's comfortable and everybody is very nice. You never really have to check the schedule because no matter which class you land up with and no matter which teacher, you will be happy.
