• I have recently increased attending classes from 2-3 times per week to 4-5 times per week. I enjoy the variety of teachers and of the classes. I am seeing an improvement in my yoga and endurance. Denise P

• I have been going to awaken yoga for 6 years and I love it! The teachers are amazing and I always feel so invigorated and renewed when I leave.

• The ambiance was wonderful with the music and dim lighting. I love how the instructor had ended our session by turning the lights off and giving us the availability to do some of our own poses to release any extra tension, if any we were still experiencing.

• I have been attending awaken yoga studio for a little over a year now! The instructors are great and I'm happy to call this studio home. I have gained enough confidence in my practice to pursue a teacher training as well. I always recommend awaken to friends and acquaintances looking for a great little studio in south FL!
