• Because this studio founded by Alla Selisher has it all: a warm and welcoming ambience, all the required props ( mats, ropes, blankets, straps etcetera), professional and approachable instructors, and very affordable prices and options to suit everyone. I highly recommend it - check it out for yourself and improve your well-being.
