• Tvon is amazing! She made me feel very seen and heard during the whole process. I was so nervous about my color correction, but she made the integrity of my hair her number one priority. I was not only impressed with her professionalism but also her talent is unmatched. My hair has never looked this amazing or felt this healthy after taking my hair from black to red! • Ashley was great. I love my hair. The location was perfect for me and the space was peaceful. One issue: I told the receptionist to add 20% for tip. She did 20% of service + product I bought + tax -- so rather than 20% of $300, she did 20% $348.13. Thats not ok to do. I didn't notice until I opened the email receipt. No reflection on Ashley at all. I feel a bit cheated.
