• Ashley was great. I love my hair. The location was perfect for me and the space was peaceful. One issue: I told the receptionist to add 20% for tip. She did 20% of service + product I bought + tax -- so rather than 20% of $300, she did 20% $348.13. Thats not ok to do. I didn't notice until I opened the email receipt. No reflection on Ashley at all. I feel a bit cheated.
