• Extreme comfort (that heated bed that bends to the shape of me really went a long way to impress me and have me so relaxed), friendly and efficient staff, high quality products, attentive esthetician, quiet/calm ambiance; only wish it wasn't so expensive, but we all know that just walking out the door costs $100 these days, thankfully you were on class pass and I had a ton of extra points that I needed to use

• Very zen space, easy to find, and discovered there are other services offered besides hair! The front desk staff was friendly and Sidney was amazing, as always!
