She takes the time to really listen to any concerns regarding my skin and tailors my facial to what my skin needs. I always leave looking and feeling glowy and relaxed.

• Connor was amazing at my facial! He explained all he would be doing at the start and was very attentive throughout - asking if I wanted to know each step or of I wanted to zone out.
