• I would've rated a 10, but the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I actually almost walked out before my appt because she made me second guess whether I should be there. Nobody likes to feel unwelcome, especially when they're spending money and could choose to go elsewhere. Like her attitude alone could send people out the door. It's impossible to smile and engage with a customer? The actual facial itself and the esthetician were marvelous though. I might be back for that part of the experience.
