• Michele was very attentive and curious about my concerns. There was an issue with the hydrafacial machine, and she was very calm and apologetic (though it wasn't at all her fault) and offered me a few different options to make up for the inconvenience. She shows a lot of care about the client without being pushy, and I trust her advice regarding my skincare.
