I chose that score because from the moment I opened the door, I was greeted like a queen. The receptionist already knew my name and asked me if I would like any refreshments as she led me to the relaxation room before my facial. The esthetician then came and got me for my facial. We talked the entire time and made me feel very comfortable for my first facial. She explained every step before proceeding. It was an overall great experience!
