The tech was great and really took her time made us not feel rushed. But when I called to schedule I felt like the girl on the phone really didn't want me to schedule the later appointment. (She offered 2. I asked for anything later in the afternoon. She said well we close at 4. I said ok well I'm working so if we can do anything later that would help. And she just sat there. I said what about 3 or 3:39. She said ok. And I said I'll take 3:30.) I realize they prefer to stack the time slots as first available but I just didn't have that option this time.
