• Tarita executed exactly what I asked for. Brought out hair colors to let me pick which kind of dark brown I was thinking. Understood my concerns about warm and red tones so she added blue to counter act those. She communicated everything like how my gray was lifting quicker than my previous dye job so she needed to tone it to a solid caramel color. I feel like all of this communication was very helpful to better my expectations for the end result. Which was still exactly what I wanted. On top of everything else, you have the best receptionist in the world, Mackenzie. Her customer service is top notch, and makes you feel like a celebrity right when you walk in.
