• My Aesthetician was amazing. I love that you guys are open on the weekends and public holidays. My only feedback would be you advertise the $20 off of a new service. I tried to use it one time when I had a facial and they said oh no you have to do a different kind of service. When I called to make an appointment, I specifically said I had the $20 off And I was told if you do a different type of facial that you've never done before you be able to use it. When I went to pay, they told me oh no, you can't use it because you've had a facial before which was a little frustrating because I specifically asked the question how do I use this $20 coupon and they said oh just do something that you've never used before here. So I think better clarification was staff so there isn't a misunderstanding. Like I said great service love it, but that that was a little frustrating because I've asked that question several different times to different employees and it just depends on who you get on whether they decide to take it or not
