• I always can count on Kathleen to accomplish a fresh new look. She adapts to my needs and does it with a smile. I appreciate that I can always make an appointment without having to wait a month. Also appreciate that Saturday's aren't so crazy (well managed) that you get overlooked. Consistent A+ work.

• Besides the fact that Arlene gives me the best haircut I have ever had & does it happily I had another experience yesterday. Just before getting hair washed I remembered that my parking ticket had only 20 minutes more on it. Had it not been extended I would have had to pay for an expensive parking ticket. Sammy immediately took care of it for me. He asked Paula to wash me so I wouldn’t have to wait & he went out to parking lot to pay for extended time & didn’t take any money from me to do so. This salon really takes care of its customers & that’s why I drive 50 minutes to get there.
