This studio is my escape, and the place were I can release all the other stress and bs i take on during the day. I’m challenged every time I walk in that door, and even when I don’t want to get out of bed to make those early morning classes I am ALWAYS glad I did. I only wish I had started sooner. It's nice to have a place to go where you always feel welcome, no matter your age, size or fitness level. ALL the instructors are fantastic as well which definitely makes each class that much better.
