The instructor was fun and very approachable because I'm definitely not at the fitness level as everyone at the class. I felt comfortable.... being uncomfortable haha

I haven't had an opportunity to be apart of any group exercise for quite sometime. ONYX was very encouraging, welcoming, and fun. I felt very comfortable with breaking out of my comfort zone trying something new.
