Amy's classes always intimidate me a little because she goes SO hard, but she pushes you in a way that's motivating and supportive and makes you want to give more. I always leave her spin classes feeling strong and badass!

It's always hard walking back through the fitness door, but the warm welcome always helps. I accidentally joined a class fundraiser, for women over coming domestic violence, which has been a passion of mine for over 10years. I can not say enough good things about this place.
