Super fun! Really appreciate the dim lights so I don't feel so intimidated by being out of shape. Sara is very motivating and has great timing to the music as well as how long the class lasts. Every minute is used wisely so I feel I'm getting my moneys worth. She make a hard workout fun for sure!
