I had color done to touch up my roots. The stylist was obvious that I was not her cup of tea, she did a great job on my color though. I was very late to my appointment so I understood her displeasure. My hotel valet couldn't find my car. Nonetheless she wasn't willing to have her next appointment wait 10 minutes to dry my hair. Nor was she willing to ask a colleague to dry my hair. I thought that was disappointing. No matter, I asked the receptionist to help find someone that could dry my hair and she did! It's been a long time since I can remember someone disliking me to that degree. But I do give the stylist credit for a terrific job with my hair color.

Lauren is simply delightful and skilled. She recently used perfect products on my hair to keep the frizz at bay, and the cut and style was gorgeous. She's amazing at blowouts, too!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming and my stylist Adam Shipley not only listened to what I wanted, but did it. My color was also perfect. I am thrilled to have found someone who is not only such a precise cutter, but who also knows how to execute what you are trying to convey.
