Been looking for a practice with good instructors in a friendly environment. This is the spot.
I liked the space, the teacher, the location, the opportunity of a free trial, and the attitude of the other students. The only thing I would change is the challenge level of the class; it was a very basic vinyasa flow class that I feel I've taken countless times before. I'd enjoy something new and different with different postures!
Authentic Yoga is the best at delivering consistent challenging asana for those who want it or just do what feels good that day without judgement ever.
