Both of the classes I have attended so far have been excellent. Everyone was warm and welcoming so I had no awkward feeling joining in. I am just getting back to yoga practice after a several year hiatus. The classes were challenging and I was able pause and join back in as needed. Both instructors gave modification help without disrupting the flow for everyone else. It was great.
