Great inviting environment. Really enjoyed my session. It was a 9 because if someone was brand new to yoga it would be a challenging environment to start I think. Not due to judgement but just lack of knowing what the directions were. :)

The instructor was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. The flow was able to be modified depending on level of experience, the savasana was perfect, and ending with the cold lavender towels was the perfect touch.
