I accidentally booked a session at the wrong location (State) and showed up to Meridian and the instructor welcomed me in to the class already in progress with open arms!

I am new to hot yoga. My son twisted my arm to try it. I was amazed how I felt about myself after each practice. The people are so kind and caring. Who wouldn't love Authentic?
