I have had a beautiful experience every time I have walked into the studio. Amanda is very friendly and welcoming to every student. The studio is clean. The environment is so welcoming. Teachers and classes are fantastic. And Baptiste yoga.... what a blessing to the community. I am so grateful to Amanda and all of her teachers for showing up to lead us on our journeys. And I am proud to be a student at Authentic yoga. You are all up to something bigger than yourselves!

Each time I've gone now has been an incredible practice, the instructors provide an intimate experience, I feel so empowered there, and walk out feeling so free. I've been to many yoga studios around the world, this is one of the best studios I've ever been to!
