We had a very clear and precise instructor. She was very thorough in her instructions and made it easy to understand for someone new to yoga. Not only that but I walked out of there feeling more calm and relaxed than I have in years after one hot yoga session. I will most definitely be coming back.

It's a clean studio and the instructor was helpful and kind. The instructor led a great yoga class:)) she was very clear when she was telling us to move into postures which is super helpful.
