I had some worries about the culture and environment I was about to jump into. Was concerned that I was gonna stick out like a sore thumb, Making it difficult for me to feel grounded and my peace that I so graciously enjoy. The community and staff at Authentic Yoga were amazing! Was met with warm inviting attitudes and nothing but encouragement and acceptance. I loved how I looked like a complete fool trying to figure everything out but yet, never felt foolish trying my best to keep up. All in all awesome experience and will be back!
