I thought the studio was clean and lovely. The room perfectly hot. Instruction clear, and the class not pretentious or overcrowded. Just an all around solid hot yoga class and it was super appreciated 💜

There’s no judgement in Amanda’s classes. She acknowledges how hard it is to show up... guides you to calm the mind. I’ve been to other yoga studios, non compare to the family feel you get at authentic.

Have loved the energy as well as the practice. Its challenging without being pushy or snotty. Love how everyone is pushing themselves at their own pace following their own journeys. Really kind people from the instructors to the other yogis
