No matter where I'm at on any particular day, when I walk into either of the Authentic Yoga studios I am met with a smile and acceptance. The teachers do such an amazing job of guiding the practice and offering modifications and adjustments for every person, every level of practice. I am ALWAYS grateful and in a better place physically, mentally and emotionally when I walk back out the doors after a practice. Count me grateful.
