Yoga can feel so elitist or unapproachable. I don't have friends that go frequently nor do I feel confident in necessarily making them with peers I see at these classes, but I never feel like it's inaccessible or that I don't belong. The environment is welcoming and supportive. I feel celebrated for showing up, not ostracized for lack of knowledge or skill
