• Great service all around, the front end staff are very welcoming, the estheticians are very qualified, always saying hello even though I’m not their client. Shamail does a beautiful manicure….absolutely perfect every time…and it lasts for 5 weeks without coming off or lifting!! I always recommend Cloud 9 to my friends!

• Been a Cloud 9 customer for a while for my pedi's. This time I forgot all about my appt and the staff were extremely gracious in their understanding and I was able to rush in and keep my appt. My technician has moved on and this visit I had Shamail. She is highly skilled and my visit was as relaxing as ever. I will definitely choose Shamail again. Thank you so much.
